Something readers often ask for is higher-resolution photos of those found in STH reviews and in our YouTube videos.
For the Intel Xeon 6 “Granite Rapids-AP” launch, we had the opportunity to take higher resolution photographs of the de-lidded chips while in Oregon last week. In addition, Intel brought out it big “Clearwater Forest” Xeon that uses Intel Foundry’s next-gen 18A process and advanced packaging. That gave us the unique opportunity to get some high-level photos.
We know folks like to measure dimensions, especially in hyper-scale procurement teams, to learn more about the manufacturing, so these higher-resolution images should help. Also, many of our readers just like to see the detail.
As a reminder, we love for our subscribers to view these photos and learn about the hardware. You may not distribute these photos or create derivative works without written permission.
