Something became obvious around the halls of SC24. An entire class of NVIDIA GB200 NVL systems were simply missing. Booth after booth, the servers were not there even as the NVIDIA GB200 NVL4 took a more prominent role on the show floor. The reason, confirmed by five different OEMs, is simple: In the last week or so NVIDIA’s roadmap changed again and the troubled platform was removed. It sounds like the next opportunity to bring the platform back will be for the future NVIDIA GB300 generation or whatever that ends up being called.
